Gretchen Carlson has been a proud Florida resident for over 27 years and brings more than 39 years of experience in real estate sales, including 12+ years in property management. Recognized as a Top 1% Realtor® in the Nation, Gretchen is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in business development, growth, coaching, and leadership.

In April 2026, Gretchen opened her “forever home” with Real Estate House FL, marking an exciting new chapter in her career. She remains deeply committed to serving her buyers and sellers at the highest level, while continuing to support and mentor fellow Realtors® in the pursuit of growing their businesses.

In May 2023, Gretchen co-founded MVP Home Group, building a high-performing team that has grown to 20 agents. Under her leadership, the team closed over $56 million in sales volume in 2025, further solidifying her reputation as a results-driven leader and top producer.

In 2022, Gretchen was recognized by Orlando Real Producers, ranking #140 out of more than 24,000 Realtors® in Greater Orlando. That year alone, she closed over $28.5 million in sales volume, successfully helping 68 families buy and sell homes. She was also then named a Top 200 Agent in Greater Orlando and nominated as “Best Realtor®” by Orlando Weekly’s Best in Orlando. Her achievements earned her recognition as one of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals, along with features in Real Producers Magazine (Pet Edition) and the eXp Realty Chairman’s Excellence Award.

Gretchen is deeply involved in both her professional and local communities. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors® and served as the 2018 President of the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association. She is also an active member of the West Orange Junior Service League, where she was recognized with the Most Volunteer Hours award in 2022. For the past seven years, Gretchen has organized the Winter Garden Holiday Golf Cart Parade in partnership with WOJSL and the City of Winter Garden. In addition, she volunteers with the Orlando Jeep Club, including participation in Jeepin’ with Judd in support of local charities, and is a proud member of the Mid-Florida Golden Retriever Club.

Married for 27 years, Gretchen and her husband Paul are the proud parents of two daughters, Gianna and Sydney. Outside of real estate, her passions include volunteering, scuba diving, traveling, reading, and being a certified dog lover.
