Hello, I’m Grant Barlow, a seasoned real estate and construction professional with 3 decades of experience, 6yrs+ of it right here in Central Florida’s dynamic market. My journey began in construction. I transitioned to investor, and I continue to actively invest, having purchased over 400 homes and managing a robust personal rental portfolio of more than 100 doors. This hands-on experience has honed my expertise in negotiating, home evaluation and construction, making me a trusted authority in assessing property value and project potential.

Because my journey began in construction, I bring a strong background of Project Management to every opportunity—helping my clients avoid headaches and pitfalls from the foundation to the roof.

When I’m not helping clients, growing my real estate portfolio, or overseeing remodeling crews, I cherish spending time with my wife and kids, playing sports, and coaching local teams here in Central Florida. Let me put my expertise and passion to work for you in achieving your real estate goals!
