Meet Brooke

With over 6 years of experience in real estate, I’ve built my career around helping investors and families confidently navigate the Florida market. Originally licensed in Nevada before expanding my business to Florida, I bring a strong understanding of both residential sales and real estate investing to every transaction.

I specialize in working closely with investors, while also helping families find homes that fit their lifestyle and long-term goals. Consistently closing between $6–10 million in annual sales volume, I’m passionate about creating smooth, strategic, and rewarding experiences for my clients.

Real estate is truly a family business in our household. My husband is also a REALTOR®, primarily focused on investor relationships, and together we’ve built a rental portfolio of more than 80 properties. Our hands-on investing experience gives our clients valuable insight into market trends, cash flow opportunities, and long-term wealth building through real estate.

As proud residents of Central Florida and parents of four children, we love being part of the communities we serve. From Tampa to Jacksonville, we’ve successfully closed deals across nearly every major market in the region and are deeply connected to the growth and opportunities Florida continues to offer.
