Meet Antone Davis.

With more than 30 years of professional leadership, business experience, and real estate expertise, I bring a unique perspective that few real estate professionals can match. My career has been built on performance, discipline, and delivering results—qualities that now benefit every client I serve.

As a first-round NFL draft pick, I enjoyed a successful eight-year professional football career, where I learned the value of preparation, perseverance, and performing under pressure. Those same principles continue to guide my approach to representing buyers and sellers.

Real estate has been a significant part of my life for more than two decades. I have personally bought and sold properties throughout Florida, held my Florida real estate license since 2005, built multiple custom homes, and developed a commercial property designed for restaurant use. My extensive experience in construction, land development, residential building, and property investment allows me to recognize value, identify opportunities, and help clients make informed decisions with confidence.

In addition to my real estate and development background, I have spent the past decade in the financial services industry with JPMorgan Chase and Citi, gaining valuable expertise in banking, lending, financial analysis, and client service. This financial knowledge provides my clients with an added advantage when navigating one of the most important investments of their lives.

I also earned a degree in Urban Studies from the University of Tennessee, where my studies included an internship focused on urban development and city planning. That educational foundation, combined with decades of hands-on experience in real estate, construction, development, finance, and negotiation, gives me a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the real estate process.
